Southside, Northside, and Orange Park-Westside, ORC delivers
comprehensive care through a dedicated team that includes a Board
Certified Medical Doctor Specialist in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation (Physiatry), physical therapists, physical therapy
assistants, nurses, and other licensed professionals. ORC
specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, offering
personalized and compassionate care to help patients achieve their
rehabilitation goals. Role Description The Rehabilitation
Technician-Physical Therapy Aide is a full-time, on-site role
located in Jacksonville, FL. The primary responsibilities include
assisting therapy team with patient care, preparing treatment
areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting
efficient clinic operations. The role also involves interacting
with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of their
treatment plans, as well as assisting with therapeutic exercises
and mobility practices under supervision. Qualifications Strong
skills in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy support, with a focus
on assisting in exercises and treatment procedures. Experience
providing compassionate Patient Care in a therapy or medical
environment. Excellent Communication skills to clearly interact
with patients, families, and clinical team members. Ability to
maintain a clean and organized clinical environment and adhere to
safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent required;
relevant certifications or prior experience in a similar role are
preferred.
