Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in
Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Home
Health is required Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health
Shift: Days Working Hours: 0800-1700 Days: Monday to Friday
