Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tele RN for a position in Birmingham, Alabama. This role requires managing the care of patients in a telemetry unit, observing and recording patient vital signs, and ensuring effective communication between healthcare teams. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for patient care and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Monitor and record patient's vital signs and telemetry data Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans Ensure all medical equipment functions properly Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments Strong clinical skills in a telemetry environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate telemetry equipment Strong observational and analytical skills Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Records) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
