Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Travel ICU RN to join
our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This position offers the

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record,
and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Utilize software
and technology to accurately manage data and patient information.
Participate in discussions re: patient treatment plans and
discharge planning. Collaborate with other healthcare team members
to facilitate interdisciplinary care. Implement and evaluate
patient care plans based on patient assessment and needs. Strong
clinical skills in an ICU setting Adept at using healthcare
software and patient management systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities Capacity to handle stress and high-pressure situations

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama BLS
certification ACLS certification preferred
