Chelsea Jewish Lifecare, celebrating life through the Jewish tradition Why Join Us? * Make an Impact: This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others! * Competitive Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 annual salary based on experience * $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS * Flexibility to earn additional income * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM-11:00PM, with a weekend rotation * Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve! * Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: * Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care. * Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes. * Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.
