We re seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic and expanding team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This is a unique opportunity to work across two thriving pediatric dental practices one well-established and another currently being acquired. Each offers distinct patient populations and practice styles, allowing for a diverse clinical experience and the flexibility to shape your role based on your strengths and interests.

This is not your typical bread-and-butter pediatric dentistry position. You ll split your time between two complementary practice environments:

• Practice A: Serves a primarily Medicaid patient base with a focus on high-volume, same-day dentistry and urgent pediatric care. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Practice B: Caters to privately insured patients with a more traditional schedule and treatment model, offering a slower-paced, comprehensive care approach.

We re looking for a motivated provider who s ready to contribute immediately. There is strong patient demand at both locations, and we re committed to finding a candidate whose clinical skills, values, and long-term goals align with ours.
