Overview:
The position serves as a trusted advisor and partner to management
on strategic and tactical human resource-related issues. The
successful HR Manager/Business Partner at CBRE is able to
positively influence and impact the organization by building strong
relationships and offering out-of-the-box/innovative solutions as a
problem solver, develops a deep understanding of the business, and
has a solid HR acumen. This fast-paced role assesses and
anticipates HR-related needs and works proactively with our HR
department, business management, and HR Centers of Excellence
(COEs) to ensure effective execution of programs and initiatives.
As a trusted advisor supporting multiple geographic markets and
leaders, the chosen candidate will be adept at working with both
local and remote groups.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and a
minimum of 5 to 7 years of related HR experience.
*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate's education,
training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HR / People
Business Partner position is $90,000.00 annually and the maximum
salary for the HR / People Business Partner is $115,000.00
annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
