Do: Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing,
bathing, and grooming. Monitor vital signs and report changes in
residents' health conditions to the RN. Provide basic wound care
and medication administration under the supervision of an RN.
Assist with activities and therapies to help residents maintain
their independence and quality of life. Communicate effectively
with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents. What We're
Looking For: Current and active LPN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related
healthcare setting (preferred). Strong clinical skills and a
commitment to providing compassionate care. Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A patient
and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resident dignity and
respect. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
