Job Description Job Description Job Details: Title: Mammography Technologist Location: North Hills & Knightdale, NC Shift: Days Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Open for discussion based on experience and salary expectations Job Summary: A leading outpatient imaging provider in the Triangle is seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Mammography Technologists to join its imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality mammography procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is committed to accurate imaging, patient comfort, and contributing to early detection and effective treatment through excellence in diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of mammography procedures with precision and high image quality Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout each exam Clearly explain procedures and address patient questions or concerns Produce accurate diagnostic images to support effective medical diagnoses and treatment plans Maintain compliance with imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain required documentation and patient records accurately Qualifications: Successful completion of a radiology program from an accredited school Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible Registry-eligible candidates must obtain registration within one year of hire Ability to consistently deliver high-quality mammographic images Requirements: Proof of diploma from an accredited radiology program (for registry-eligible candidates) BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Provider certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care What We Offer: Continuing medical education (CME) opportunities Clear pathways for professional growth and career advancement Highly competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with profit-sharing Additional benefits and perks Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
