Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field
Trainer based out of our corporate office in Birmingham, Alabama.
This is a full-time travel position within the southeastern United
States. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct
informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and
improve the skills of all personnel. The ideal candidate should be
a great communicator with the ability to effectively educate
employees on different company tools and tasks. You must be highly
organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent
public speaking skills. Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually Field
Trainer Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with management
to identify company training needs. Schedule appropriate training
sessions. Train, manage and maintain CRM systems to track client
interactions, update records, and support sales/recruiting
pipelines. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to facilitate
job posting openings, candidate screenings, interview schedules and
maintain accurate hiring records for staff utilization. Oversee and
direct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos,
presentations, and assessments. Facilitate new-hire training with
designated material. Implement multiple avenues of training
delivery, including in-person, video, web-based, self-guided, and
virtual programs; and track/report progress and completion.
Identify training gaps and opportunities such as operational
process changes that training could improve. Leverage ZoomInfo for
lead generation, market research, and verification of company and
contact data. Administer timekeeping systems to track employee
hours, ensure accurate payroll reporting, and maintain compliance
with company policies Field Trainer Skill s and Qualifications :
Must be willing and able to travel 50%-75% of the time. Bachelor's
Degree preferred. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional
design and delivery software. Proficient use of ATS and CRM
software Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
with employees, supervisors, and senior management. Successful
training experience/proven track record in performance management.
