• 3-6 years of experience in the majority of areas below.
• Extensive ETL experience required. Knowledge of methods required to standardize large data sets is expected.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is desirable.
• Experience maintaining databases in both on premise and cloud environments is expected.
• Familiarity with Kafka is highly desirable. Read up on Kafka and speak to us about how it plays a role in data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines is expected. Tell us about your experience transforming large datasets.
• Good architectural knowledge of relevant OS, storage, networking, virtual machines, high availability
• Experience with modern software development is expected. Our stack focuses on .net core, angular, and java spring boot.
• Knowledge of API and Microservice development is ideal. Job Qualifications: What you will be doing
  • Supporting the data behind an API powering the global real estate economy.
  • Mapping, analyzing, and correcting data in an aggregated system that pulls from over 300 source systems into a single standardized instance.
  • Writing and maintaining stored procedures to carry out business logic.
  • Setting up automated processes that ensure accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensuring the end to end conversion process performs quickly and accurately.
  • Assisting in the creation of tools to maintain the business rules applied to the dataset.
