future.This is how you will growThe responsibilities of an IT
Support Specialist are:Maintain all project overview documentation
(Scope, Cost Reporting, Timeline Reporting, and various status
reports)Maintain EPM (Project Management Tool) at a total program
level (current status, etc.)Gather and consolidate information from
all Project Leads to provide complete MBUSI Program
OverviewMaintain project cost and timeline, including consolidation
and tracking (for all WP Leads)Analyze timeline for gaps to
determine risks together with project leadsDevelop and maintain the
project library, fling, recording and reporting systemsSet up and
maintain systems for recording and tracking of project costs and
value achieved from projectsReport directly to the Project
ManagerPrepare Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc reportsSupport Work Package
leads with documentation as neededMeet with IT and Business Project
LeadsProvide data analysis on requestEscalate timeline, scope, and
cost issues to project managementMaintain timeline at total program
levelMaintain Cost Sheet at total program levelPerform safe work
practicesParticipate in trainings and safety programs in a positive
and proactive wayFollow all safety rules, procedures, regulations,
standards and lawsReport all unsafe acts, conditions, and injuries
to supervisor or HRWork safely 100% of the time.
Requirements:

Support Specialist are:Possess an Associate's Degree in Project
Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, a
related field, or the equivalent combination of education and
experienceHave up to 2 years professional experience, a Co-Op,
and/or an Internship in Project Management in an administrative
functionDemonstrate Project Management ExperienceStrong Computer
systems skillsStrong negotiation and interpersonal communication
skillsAbility to adapt and adjust to changing schedules to meet
project requirements and milestonesStrong familiarity with project
management software, such as MS ProjectTechnically competent with
various software programs, such as MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.Bilingual in English and German PreferredIT Business Consulting
Certification preferred No Sponsorship is Available at this TimeNo
