Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year A bit about us: Our company is in search of an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ERP and Systems Architecture. This role is key to our growth and success, as it involves working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of Systems Integration, Manufacturing, Product Management, API's, and AirTable. This is a permanent position and requires a minimum of five years of experience in a related field. Why join us? Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Define the product strategy and roadmap for our ERP and Systems Architecture. 2. Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. 3. Be an expert with respect to the competition and the industry trends. 4. Develop pricing and positioning strategies. 5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. 6. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. 7. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organization. 8. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business objectives and compliance standards. 10. Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience! 2. Proven work experience of 5 years in product management or as an associate product manager. 3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. 4. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 5. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. 8. Experience in Systems Integration, Manufacturing, Product Management, API's, and AirTable. 9. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. 11. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 12. Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work with minimal supervision. 13. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
