our StoryHub . Description and Requirements Responsible for
supporting the test process , co-working with areas to identify
root causes. Supports manufacturing areas to understand test
designs, develops analysis support on hardware and software, and
implements test codes to ensure manufactured products meet quality,
safety, and performance standards. This role supports engineering
to implement test processes, working closely with local and global
engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Location:
Whitsett, United States Key Responsibilities Support test
infrastructure , working with production to improve quality and
efficiency, and providing feedback for "Design for Test"
improvements. Ensure the Test Information Management System (TT
Support, Code Mgt, Code Distribution, Server Maintenance) is
up-to-date and functioning properly. Configure and support the test
architecture/infrastructure, ensuring its 24/7 operation . Support
the test plan for NPIs (New Products Introduction) and their life
cycle. Support NPI phases on tests for NPI units, ensuring full
test compliance. Implement new projects, tools, improvements, test
code , etc. Develop and document tools to support the production
process. Analyze the test and quality indicators (target) of each
job, issuing quality reports. Support the Quality team on their
analysis and support the Out of box and Xtend customer test ( XCSA
). Carry out installation and calibration activities of functional
and reliability test equipment. Comply with Quality, Environment,
Safety, and Occupational Health Management systems. Basic
Qualifications High school diploma or technical certification.
Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 1 to 3
years relevant experience. Experience in electronics or server
hardware assembly preferred. Familiarity with ESD-safe handling
procedures. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic
computer skills for data entry and equipment interface. Ability to
lift and handle components safely. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Python and other programming languages and database
systems Intermediate experience with Windows Server system
operation. Linux OS: Basic experience with Linux System operatio
Basic knowledge of networking, switches setup, and infrastructure
management. Lean Six Sigma principles. Quality assurance tools and
methodologies Server and PC Hardware architecture (Intel and AMD).
Advanced understanding of Network topology Visa Sponsorship: This
