Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a Contract Project Manager for a 90-day hybrid opportunity in Richmond, VA (downtown) with parking provided. This contract engagement will support medical leave coverage beginning at the end of February. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional project coordination experience and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Contract Details: Duration: Approximately 90 days Pay: $45-$55/hour (flexible based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid: Typically 2 days remote / 3 days onsite What You'll Be Doing This role will support enterprise initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring coordination, visibility, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership to monitor deliverables, flag risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. Oversee concurrent projects at various phases of execution Track schedules, budgets, KPIs, and milestone achievement Identify delivery risks related to timing, cost, or resource constraints and escalate appropriately Align cross-functional timelines to ensure cohesive program execution Support reporting efforts and maintain visibility into project performance Partner with department leaders to ensure dependencies are documented and managed Promote process consistency and identify workflow improvement opportunities Provide ongoing project updates to internal stakeholders Experience with Microsoft Planner and/or Sitetracker is strongly preferred.
