Job Description Job Description Akkodis is seeking an MS Customer Engineer for a Contract with a client in Vance, AL. Candidate candidates must have hands?on IT desktop support experience, perform daily technical tasks while ensure proper documentation and issue escalation. Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. MS Customer Engineer job responsibilities include: Deliver on?site technical support services aligned with business goals, ensuring all work meets internal and customer procedures. Perform daily desktop support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues in a structured and organized manner. Document all technical work accurately, manage ticket escalations, and ensure timely resolution to meet customer expectations. Provide high?quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and strong communication. Adapt quickly to changing environments while following established processes, safety practices, and compliance requirements. Support various technical environments, including help desk functions, AV/conference room systems, printers, and mobility devices as needed. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred). 2–4 years of experience in IT desktop support or technical customer service roles. Strong ability to follow established IT procedures while delivering organized, high?quality technical support.
