Job Description Job Description LHH is regularly tasked by our
clients to find experienced Commercial Litigation Attorneys for
project related work from time to time. To be proactive we are
reaching out to the Chicago legal market to connect with talented
Litigation Attorneys for hybrid opportunities we anticipate a need
for in the near future. With that being said, if you are an
experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney living in the Chicago
area looking for hybrid work we want to hear from you asap. Even
though compensation will be dependent upon a candidates experience,
duration of the project and sophistication level of the experience
required, we anticipate that the compensation will range anywhere
from $75/hour to $100/hour. Common deliverables and experience that
we look for are as follows: - 3 years handling sophisticated
commercial litigation work. - Proficient with handling tasks
related to dicovery, but please note that this is NOT a discovery
project. - Demonstrated experience with drafting a host of
litigation documents including motions, briefs etc. - Prior
experience conducting depositions, defending depositions or both. -
Flexibility to work hours as needed by our clients and willing to
go into the offices of our Chicago based clients as needed. -
Superior experience performing legal research. - All potential
candidates must be licensed and in good standing before the state
of Illinois bar. Many of the tasks that our clients would ask a
potential candidate to handle would be similar to that of a
Litigation Staff Attorney role. If this sounds like something that
