Line of Business: Aggregates CDL Ready Mix Concrete Driver About
Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of
building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates
over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately
9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate ready-mix truck
safely to deliver concrete to job sites. Perform pre-trip and
post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness. Manage concrete
slump adjustments and ensure proper mix during delivery. Maintain
accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch. Follow all
DOT regulations and company safety procedures. What Are We Looking
For Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for ready-mix
operations. Strong focus on safety and compliance with
transportation regulations. Ability to operate and maneuver large
vehicles in varied conditions. Effective communication and customer
service skills. Dependable and detail-oriented in completing tasks
and documentation. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate
must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination,
drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require
FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions
include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold,
