Job Description Job Description Hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Production Technicians 6am-2:30pm OR 2PM-10:30PM 1st shift-$19/hr 2nd shift $19.60/ hr Opportunity for a LONG-TERM, stable career with growth! Our Dayton, NV facility plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products to our customers. Essential Functions: • Manufacture batches of product in Basket Mill and HSD. • Maintain cleanliness of vessel, gates, blade, blade underside, shaft, manufacture lids and storage lids. • Utilize various scales as required. • Properly transact raw material from inventory utilizing scanners. • Relocate material tanks/containers to place of origin. • Write off drum heals as required. • Perform inventory cycle counts as required. • Properly record times, temperatures, and QCT’s of batches as required. • Comply with all company safety policies. • Maintains a clean work environment. • Follows all departmental policies • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company’s safety and quality programs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred. 1 year of machine operation preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain. Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
