Job Description Job Description Title: Warehouse Worker Location: Dayton NJ 08810 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. on W2 Shift: 8:30-5PM M-F Duration: 5 Months contract Receiving & Inspection: Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process. Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided). Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL). Inventory & Material Handling: Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials. Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility. Workplace Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices. Team Collaboration & Performance: Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned. Warehouse conditions: Temperature control warehouse (heat and air condition) Workshop environment is subject to noise, dust and other particles Safety Equipment Required: Must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials per Hilti and OSHA policy Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other safety equipment as required when working in the warehouse and/or operating machinery Physical Requirements: Regular heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
