Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full?time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Tuscaloosa, AL. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with operations primarily east of I?35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction; qualified new graduates may enter a paid training program. What we offer: Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent work. Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay varies by experience and route. Paid training: fully paid three? to five?week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement. Bonus opportunities for safety and performance. Home time: weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment. Late?model equipment: assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Pet and rider policies where applicable. Paid orientation. Typical day on the job: Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules. Haul no?touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections. Who we are looking for: Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 training hours are eligible for paid training. Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus. Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug test. We respect and support our drivers.
