local North Akron company who is seeking an experienced General
Manager. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime as Needed)
Compesation is based on experience. Job Description: As a
Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our
manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for managing and
optimizing production processes, ensuring the highest level of
quality, and leading a team of dedicated production staff. Key
Responsibilities: - Manage daily production activities to meet
production targets and deadlines. - Monitor and improve production
efficiency, quality, and safety standards. - Coordinate with
various departments, including logistics, maintenance, and quality
control. - Lead and mentor production staff to foster a positive
work environment. - Implement and enforce company policies and
procedures. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and
cost reduction. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
and standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a production
