following position:IT Assistant Director. SUMMARY The IT Assistant
Directoris responsible for the management, strategy and execution
of IT infrastructurefor the Center. Theywill work directly with
Senior Leadership and staff members to support theorganizations
technology infrastructure to ensure seamless and easy
userexperiences while maintaining security of protected health
information andintellectual property. Competencies Required:

monitor new projects Solvereal-world technology challenges
Provenanalytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and
visualization Technicalwriting experience in relevant areas,
including queries, reports, andpresentations StrongSQL, Oracle, or
Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
Provensuccess in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Familiaritywith healthcare service goals, challenges, and values
Customerservice-internal and external skills This position
requiresutilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center
business. Maintaininga dependable vehicle and certified driver
status is a condition of employment. REQUIREMENTS
Education/Knowledge: Graduation from an accredited
four-yearcollege, with at least an undergraduate degree in
Information Technology orComputer Science or MBA. Advanced
knowledge of information technologyoperations and database
functionality and clinical workflows. Certifications preferred-
Microsoft SQLServer database, VMware Certified Professional.
Experience: Experience in a health care or not forprofit setting
preferred. Candidate must have experience in IT security,
risk,growth, and development. Network Administration expertise is
terviewee must possess excellent skills in troubleshooting and
documentationand be able to work as a part of a team or
independently on various projects. Physical: Normal IT operations
environment.Normal/corrected eyesight. Hearing within normal range.
Uses computer,calculator, copier and general office equipment.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. busyenvironment with multiple distractions.
The McNabb Center ( ) is a premier not-for-profit provider
ofbehavioral health services. The Center provides quality care and
servesall ages in a continuum of prevention, early intervention,
social,co-occurring, addiction, outpatient, and crisis services. MC
is an EOE. MC conductsbackground checks, driver's license record,
degree verification, and drugscreens at hire. Employment is
contingent upon clean drug screen, backgroundcheck, and driving
record. Additionally, certain programs are subject to TBScreening
