Purpose of the Position:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for
preparation of payroll and maintenance of payroll records for all
Manage workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are
processed accurately and timely
Perform daily payroll department operations
Document and update payroll procedures
Process tax status, direct deposit and miscellaneous changes
Review and analyze payroll hours/reports for accuracy and make
Perform periodic internal audits of payments
Maintain current knowledge of IRS regulations
Work with HRIS and Support Center to troubleshoot/resolve
Act as front line Support for HR by performing customer service
functions such as answering employee requests and questions
Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and
safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety
rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. Report all
unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human
Work safely 100% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all
must be met in order to qualify for position.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in a related
area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and

Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:
Working knowledge for ERP systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Windows Applications
