The Operations Supervisor will assist with the supervision of daily operations of the Accounting Operations Department by supporting the Daily Operations Manager. The Operations Supervisor will directly support Operations Clerks with process and balancing issues. The Operations Supervisor will ensure all department processes and procedures are appropriately performed. The Supervisor will provide guidance and support for the Credit Union's deposit products and programs. The Supervisor will also assist in department cross training efforts and provide regulatory support and guidance for the department. Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of daily operations of the Accounting Operations Department. Ensure all department processes and procedures are appropriately performed. Assist in department cross training efforts.
• Provide guidance and support for the Credit Union's deposit products and programs.
• Directly support Operations Clerks with process and balancing issues.
• Assist department TEAM members with handling members in phone and in person. Handle member issues and complaints and serves as an escalation point as needed.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends and provides support and guidance for the department.
• Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
  Three years Financial/Credit Union/Banking experience. Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. PI186488871
