Normal Work Schedule:Varies; As needed by the facility
Job Summary:The Behavioral Care Worker is responsible for the care,
safety, and supervision of youth.
Required Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and two (2)
years of therapeutic, rehabilitative or behavior management
experience; OR Associate's degree or higher.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able
to perform crisis intervention techniques.
Final candidates who are not current Brewer-Porch Children's Center
employees must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug
screen.
Preferred Qualifications:Prefer experience working with emotionally
disturbed children.
