Hourly Non-Exempt Generally Reports to: Dir. Of NursingThe
following statements are intended to describe the general nature
and level of work being performed and are not intended to be a
complete list of all responsibilities, duties and skills
required.SUMMARYResponsible for maintaining the employee schedules
for the facility in accordance with state, company and facility
guidelines to ensure that patient care and staffing needs are
appropriately addressed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Coordinates,
reports, and posts schedules of hourly staff.Notifies appropriate
personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage.Maintains
accurate attendance records and notifies management of
attendance-related issues.Accurately enters and maintains data
relative to scheduling using company software programs. ENTRY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum high school diploma or equivalent.Proficient
in use of computer.Current State Nursing Assistant Certification
(CNA) preferred.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESN/APHYSICAL DEMANDS AND
ENVIRONMENTWorking in normal office environment, employee may be
required to sit, bend, reach, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk and
hear. May occasionally lift objects of 10 to 25 lbs. Reasonable

to perform the essential functions.OTHER REQUIREMENTSBy his / her
signature below, employee agrees to adhere to and oversee
communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality
of residents' protected health information. Participates in (or
conducts) company-sponsored training tosafeguard against improper
use and disclosure of such information. Monitors and ensures
compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal
law.
