Job Description:

Job Description ESSENTIAL TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:1) Under general supervision, receive escalation calls for system and process issues in daily operations across all shops.2) Document all items brought into different clearing areas in the respective SharePoint sites with necessary label pictures.3) Identify and resolve issues causing disruption in material flow using AM Supply/ MobSy.4) In case of ASN issues, communicate to the respective MRP controller and the ASN Clearing Team. Follow up on corrections made and process the material.5) Identify recurring clearing cases and determine root causes of such failures.6) Generate daily clearing report and distribute to all shop LOG managers.7) Identify and report abnormalities in material flow from goods receipt at MLC through delivery to the line using standard and customized AM Supply reports.8) Pack/ unpack/ create Handling Units (HUs) identified with discrepancies to match physical delivery and generate corrected labels.9) Resolve material that is staged incorrectly according to control cycle strategy and bin assignment.10) Identify and report all parts shipped in incorrect and unapproved packaging by suppliers to MRP and Packaging groups. Follow up on corrective actions and clean point deliveries from suppliers.11) Receive and document all escalation calls from Material Processing Centers (MPC) and service providers (Schnellecke/ ARD and Penske) from the different production shops. Resolve these issues real time to avoid any missed vehicles or downtime. In cases when system modifications are needed, provide communication to IT and Methods Teams.12) Consistently maintain the Assembly Shop KPIs as below:9CL (Clearing) 9UM (Clearing) 997 (Missing Cycle Count) 13) Daily bin audit and reporting at end of each shift: A minimum of 50 bins per shift need to be audited for physical and system accuracy and the findings need to be charted and reported after every shift.Work Experience REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of 856 ANSI (Advance Ship Notice- ASN) messages
• AM Supply Experience
• SAP Material Master Maintenance
• SAP Warehouse Management System
• Microsoft SharePoint and dB
• MobSy (Mobile System)
