Job Description:

:Interact with the front-line supervisors and the hourly force at their workplace to:*Strengthen the understanding and adherence to Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, Federal and State mining laws

Reinforce positive behaviors and correct undesired behaviors Accompany Federal or State Inspectors during their inspections Perform site visits and auditsCollect Respirable Dust Samples or other health related duties Conduct classroom and on the job training for employeesRequired Competencies:High school diplomaCapable computer skills - familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, ability to type reports, save documents, send emails, etc.Proficient organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyWorks well with minimal direct supervisionPreferred Competencies:Industrial safety related work experienceCollege degree in Safety or related field
