Job Features / QualificationBackground: Graduate in Business Administration or from a university/ technical school, with a major in controlling/accounting specialization or related fields, i.e. economics.Skills: Several years of practical experience in finance, controlling & projects, preferably in an international company Tracking and Management of inventory and materials in SAP & excel Experience in Greenfield & Brownfield ramp up. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection Cost accounting experience Thorough knowledge of data processing in SAP Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) Sound experience with MS-office, especially excel Proficiency in English und willingness to travel Analytical abilities Highly communicative and team-oriented, assertiveness entrepreneurial, accurate and trustworthy Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal4.Job purpose Supports new production plants in USA in administrating and creating financial planning and objectives Main contact for controlling-, planning- and business administration in financial management for American subsidiary Transfer SMP knowledge and processes into new Finance Team in USA5.Functions and Responsibilities Oversee inventory and materials for all plants. Reporting and correct application of inventory and materials. Planning and preparation of Budget P&L statement & BS by cost center and all requirement necessaries for the management. Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site and HQ. Prepare forecasts of income statement and balance sheets for the Plant. Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions. Collaborates with Managers to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis. Control and report of the Investments status in the plant. Through a control mechanism, ensure that the costs and expenses are strictly those necessary for the generation of profits. Ensure the correct application of the cost of Material and Sales. Review and prepare the correct applications of accruals to the result. Ensure the correct application of the payroll and prepare a complete overview of the headcount. Supervise the timely execution of tasks by each employee in their department. Manage the performance and development of the team of people in charge. Attendance of all requirements from quarterly and yearly audits. Maintain and enforce internal control that support financial reporting integrity and compliance with internal policy.
