Job Description:

Purpose of Position:Coordinate all functions related to maintenance department as directed by maintenance supervisor or maintenance manager, including manpower and preventative maintenance planning, reactionary repair and projected coordination in order to ensure the ongoing safe and optimal operation of plant equipment and processes.Essential Job Functions:Lead maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, repair and performing preventive maintenance on all equipment throughout the plant.Maintain accountability of parts used, assist in purchasing of parts and materials for equipment repairs and projects.Maintain a daily downtime and parts used report.Troubleshoot by utilizing blueprints and electrical schematics.Must have 3 to 5 years maintenance experience, which are in a production environment.Must be a high school graduate, preferred associate degree with an emphasis in a manufacturing.Must have a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and structural principles and practices.Must have a good communication and interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.--
