Job Description:

General Responsibility: This position will be responsible for executing the Peco supply and demand plan for Value Added and Commodity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -- Work with Plant Supply Coordinators to create and execute weekly meat block schedules with sales and internal plants -- Responsible for movement and daily raw inventories of WIP at Peco plants.
Develop tracking system for raw inventory -- Understand and maintain plant capacities for each production plant. -- Work with outside cold storages and communicate as needed. -- Understand and serve as back up to other Supply Chain areas within operations. -- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management. Job Qualifications and Requirements: -- 3-5 years' experience in operations or supply chain.
-- Analytical problem solving and strong math skills required -- Strong ability to handle multiple task and work under pressure successfully. -- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to manage direct reports as needed. -- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet applicable deadlines. -- Ability to work cross-functionally across the Peco organization
-- Travel 10%
Physical Demands: Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally required to stand; walk use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch.
