from various lead sourcesOwn the full sales cycle from lead to
close for startups and small, medium, and enterprise-level
businessesCultivate a robust pipeline using SalesforceLead and
contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales
processCollaborate with multiple teams such as Product, Marketing,
Legal and Operations to amplify our growth trajectoryBe very
ambitious - finding ways to succeedHave a passion for salesWhat you
will have:5+ years of demonstrating a track record of success
consistently closing business with SaaS companies and/or
neobanksExperience working large, sophisticated sales cycles which
require you to multi-thread across the prospect
organizationExperience selling into early stage startups as well as
established companiesAbility to develop strong relationships to be
a trusted resource for prospective customersProven skill in a high
growth environment where you are a primary source for prospect
feedback and turning this feedback into invaluable insights
internallyExcellent written and oral communication skills and
you've demonstrated the ability to communicate across various
channels (video calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.)Demonstrated
yourself to be a go getter in ambiguous situations and can be a
self-starterAbility to close self-prospected opportunities from
sourcing leads on your ownExperience selling BaaS and/or SaaS
solutions to large and enterprise-level organizationsA

competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position
is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
