SitePrint. Role Description – Business Development Representative
Full-time, hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC. The Business
Development Representative is responsible for driving consumable
sales growth by proactively engaging both new and existing
customers. This role combines outbound prospecting, in-person
visits, and localized marketing efforts to increase store traffic,
strengthen relationships, and expand our presence in the region.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Technical Sales team and local
branches to ensure that qualified opportunities are followed up on
and converted. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business
opportunities while uncovering areas for improvement and growth
within the existing customer base. Engage prospective and current
customers through targeted outreach efforts, including phone calls,
in-person visits, email campaigns, and other communication channels
to promote the store’s consumable offerings. Plan and execute
localized marketing initiatives to increase in-store traffic and
drive consumable sales within the region. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date customer information by recording all interactions,
purchasing trends, and contact details in company systems such as
Odoo, call lists, and MapMyCustomers. Refer qualified leads and
equipment inquiries to the Technical Sales team for follow-up and
conversion. Qualifications 2 years of business development, inside
sales, or customer-facing experience
(construction/industrial/supply or similar B2B environment
preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
comfortable with frequent outbound outreach. Experience using CRM
or sales/marketing tools (Odoo, MapMyCustomers, or similar
platforms). Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a
fast-paced workload. Interest in survey/construction tools and
consumable products; training provided. Valid driver’s license. Job
