Job Description:
At Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, we are looking for a dynamic District Sales
Manager to join our expanding team. This role involves strategic
planning, enhancing client relationships, and driving sales growth
within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will
play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while delivering
high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement
strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the
district. Lead and manage the sales team, establishing performance
metrics and mentoring team members for success. Analyze market
trends and sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and
enhance profitability. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
customer relationships by understanding their needs and business
potentials. Coordinate with other departments to best address
customer needs and to achieve sales objectives. Oversee
recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance
monitoring of sales representatives in the district. Ensure
compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all
times. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Strong
business sense and industry expertise Ability to understand and
analyze sales performance metrics Solid customer service attitude
with excellent negotiation skills Medical Insurance Dental
