Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the Triad area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and has prior AP experience within manufacturing settings. This opportunity will be onsite and offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic finance department during a period of high workflow and organizational growth. This is a contract position. Key Responsibilities Process, review, and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and proper documentation Manage multiple AP inboxes, including vendor correspondence and invoice intake Resolve vendor inquiries regarding payments, discrepancies, and account updates Support vendor documentation collection such as W-9s, ACH setup, and compliance-driven records Assist with dealer rebate workflows as needed Code and input invoices, expense reports, vendor credits, and refunds accurately into the ERP system Scan and maintain electronic AP files to ensure audit-ready documentation Prepare check runs and assist with payment processing (ACH, wires, etc.) Support periodic reporting, proofing, and batch reviews prior to posting Collaborate with accounting leadership on process improvements or backlog reduction efforts Required Qualifications At least 2 years of AP experience Manufacturing industry experience required Experience with a major ERP system Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage high-volume workloads and shifting priorities Professional communication skills in dealing with vendors and internal teams Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Samantha Garman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
