Customer Support Job Description The Administrative / Customer
Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication
with new potential customers, coordinating vendor quotes, preparing
customer job quotes, processing orders, and assisting with
purchasing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive,
customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

and disability insurance Weekly Pay Admin Coordinator Tasks &
Duties Customer Communication & Support Serve as the primary point
of contact for new potential customers and established customers
Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, gather
information, and follow up on quotes and orders Assist with setting
up new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation and
information is complete Quoting & Order Processing Request and
retrieve vendor quotes as needed Prepare and send accurate job
quotes to customers Input customer orders into the system with
attention to accuracy and detail Coordinate with the purchasing
department to ensure materials and products are ordered correctly
and on time Order Fulfillment & Coordination Assist with getting
orders prepared and sent out to customers Track order status and
communicate updates to customers and internal teams Support basic
setup or coordination required for new customer onboarding
Administrative Support Maintain organized records of quotes,
orders, and customer information Assist with general administrative
tasks as needed to support sales and operations Identify
opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Admin Coordinator
Shift Info Day Shift, 6am to 3pm Monday - Friday Admin Coordinator
Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) GED / High School Diploma Able
to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background
check Able to work in the US Strong organizational and
time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly
demeanor Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities High
attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in basic computer
systems (email, spreadsheets, order entry via ERP) Customer Service
experience 1 to 2 years Prior administrative, customer service, or
