Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
remainder of the academic semester, serving a middle school
population in Kent, WA. This contract role offers a structured
school schedule and the opportunity to support diverse student
needs, including those requiring homebound services and
augmentative communication devices. Key Responsibilities: Provide
direct speech-language therapy to middle school students, totaling
approximately 725 minutes per month, Tuesday through Friday.
Deliver specialized support to homebound students on Mondays,
including working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication
(AAC) devices and eye gaze technology. Collaborate with school
staff during onsite working hours, generally from 7:30 am to 3:30
pm, with Monday start times at 8:30 am. Participate in a transition
period with the current SLP to ensure continuity, starting
mid-February. Qualifications & Experience: Valid Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA)
certification through the Washington Office of Superintendent of
Public Instruction (OSPI). Experience working with school-age
children in a middle school setting preferred. Proficiency with AAC
devices and familiarity with homebound education services desired.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload
and collaborate with educational teams. Location: Onsite position
based in Kent, Washington. This role provides a meaningful

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.87 to $69.87.
