The Role We are seeking an outstanding IT Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and drive transformative technology initiatives. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you. What You'll Do Inspire and mentor a talented team of 4 direct reports, promoting collaboration and innovation. Develop impactful solutions, reports, and dashboards to guide strategic decision-making. Address complex challenges through expert troubleshooting and effective staff collaboration. Spearhead process enhancements and ensure compliance with ITGC SOX standards. Oversee maintenance schedules, upgrades, and seamless execution of IT projects. Manage logical access requests and safeguard secure system operations. Maintain detailed documentation and leverage project management tools for tracking progress. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking IT professional with a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Desired qualifications include: A 4-year degree in technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.). At least 5 years of ERP system experience. A history of process improvement, software development, and database expertise. Superior prioritization, time management, and communication skills.
